About Mindy Quigley

Yep. That’s me.

In 2012, I dipped my pinkie toe into the world of fiction writing and published a short story in the Blasted Heath crime fiction collection, Worth the Wait.  I waded further into the writerly waters when my short story “The Best Dish” was named winner of the 2013 Bloody Scotland Short Story Competition. Finally, I cannonballed into the deep end and published a novel. Lo and behold, the Amazon best-selling Reverend Lindsay Harding mystery series splashed into being.

Before I started writing fiction, I spent many years stuffing my brain full of knowledge and traipsing around the world working in project roles with university research centers in the US, Europe, Hong Kong and China. In 2011, I co-authored an academic article with the researcher who created Dolly the Sheep. More recently, I was project manager of the Anne Rowling Regenerative Neurology Clinic, a research clinic founded by the author J.K. Rowling.

I currently live in Virginia, USA, and recently published the third book in the Reverend Lindsay Harding series (The Burnt Island Burial Ground, available on Amazon). I’m working on a new middle-grade series set in Scotland.
